Room very good 2 bedrooms with bathroom in the middle Food is good, breakfast may be a bit less of choices

Beach wasn't amazing, but everything else was perfect.

Breakfast and the restaurant staff were fantastic. The bacon and eggs were cooked exactly as we ordered. Whole family was very happy.

The only down side was the beach. It wasn't bad, but just wasn't that beautiful compared to some others in the area.

Well maintained cozy cabins.

Excellent small resort right on a quiet beach. Rooms were bungalow style, well-built and decorated. Beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Staff friendly and helpful, restaurant tasty and reasonably priced.

Not much within walking distance from resort.

Good

Beautiful beach-front. Excellent pool. Great food at the sea-level bar. Very quiet and peaceful. The grounds are very well-kept. Some staff were exceptional, others were not so exceptional. It was a perfect respite for me on the way to Suran Thani from Bangkok. It is a great place to stay for some peace and quiet!

On the pricey side for add-ons. I paid close to 1,000 baht for less than 15 k of clothes to get washed and dried and when I got my clothes back, most of them were still damp (personal pet peeve). Also, not all rooms have good views. I feel like I got the worst option on the property in that regard because my patio was facing a chain-linked fence and a residential property. I asked for a different room and there was somehow only one available (even though there only seemed to be a few other groups/couples checked in and many many rooms on the property) so I stayed in mine.

Nice hotel and lovely staffs

The location is right on the beach. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

We stayed in the the suite ,the is quite big but because.there is a corridor WC shower, outdoor shower are divided into a separate rooms so make the room feel narrow and not well layout. But on the whole it's lovely hotel, nice garden and pool. Located right on the nice sandy beach.

Horrified.

The property situated by a quiet beach.

We stayed here 8 years ago; it was nothing like last time. When I got checked into our room, there's still on-going work with the air con. In stead of giving us a new available room, we had to wait outside. When we return to our room at night, we smelled something rotten. My mother ended up finding a rotten lizard in her duvet. Horrifying, they finally gave us a new room at 10PM which took a very long time. Staffs here are confusing. Adieu,

Nice resort with a lovely layout on a clean beach with friendly attentive staff

Great attentive service. Good and tasty food. Property was prettier than expected. Room layout was comfortable. Nice touch providing evening snacks!

A private and quiet grand property right by a lovely beach

Quiet, grand property far away from everything else. Feels like your own private beach. Staff were very very warm and polite and you felt that they wanted to make your stay as nice as it could be.

This grand property is jaded and needs some work. Everything still works but looks and feels jaded.

Booked a 2 bedroom cottage.. this description is a copywriters imagination.

I did not experience the hotel public areas so I cannot comment .. one trip to the bar was a positive experience , very pleasant staff and good bar snacks can be ordered.

The "2 bedroom cottage"is clean but dingy.. the hotel is showing its age ( My guess it is around 30 years old) the room needs some serious refurbishment to bring it up to an acceptable standard. 2nd bedroom ("bunk room") is claustrophobic which clearly distressed my adult daughter. The bathroom and toilet are strangely located a few paces from the foot of the main bed and do not offer adequate privacy especially during the night hours.The rear balcony offers no view and would not be my choice for a relaxing time. The accommodation forced me to check out after 1 night after having prepaid for 4 nights. This alone tells a story.

Relaxing stay & nice stop over from Bangkok to Surat Thani/Islands to shorten the long trip.

A beautiful resort, with friendly staff, peace & tranquility & a laid back atmosphere that becomes addictive after a few days. Right on the beach with lovely pool and facilities, a great breakfast included & beautiful gardens. A convenient free pick up & drop off service to & from train station, as well as daily shuttle service into the local town for shopping.

No basic, budget priced dishes or beers on menu. Being so far from town that meant heading down the beach to some budget beach restaurants. Hotel restaurant would get way more support if some budget dishes like Padthai, rice noodles etc, were added.

Would I go back? Definitely.

Restaurant. The menu is very extensive and the prices brilliant and the same applies to the cocktail bar.

Possibly the firmest mattress that I have ever slept on! Upon checking out I mentioned this to the owner and he said that the mattresses are filled with coconut fibre and if I had requested a topper would have been provider!

Looking for a natural beach that not crowed and not touristy - This is the place.

Location is peaceful, long beach, green everywhere, very nice. The property meets general hotel standard.

Staff is OK but not as friendly as many other places.

We have been in thailand 17 years and this was one of our best experiences.

Bed was comfortable, real espresso maker in the room, breakfast was very nice,(real juice, fresh croissants, eggs made to order, cereals, etc.) and the long (10 KM beach with clean water, little beach trash, and few other hotels). Also liked plenty of hot water, good water pressure, the jacuzzi and a reasonable price for the extra bed for my 3rd child. The pool and reasonably priced food for hotels in Thailand with extensive menus and good quality.

Only that the buildings outside are starting to look like they need more maintenance, but it did not affect our stay or comfort.
